We were incredibly honoured to attend the Mayor’s Safer Communities Fund Awards in Bradford on 17th March! 
A huge thank you to the Mayor of West Yorkshire, Tracy Brabin, and the Deputy Mayor for Policing and Crime, Alison Lowe, for hosting such a passionate and inspiring event. It was amazing to see the incredible work being done by so many fantastic charities across West Yorkshire.
We’re proud to share that Nest Helping the Homeless received an award of £9,892.50 to support our rucksack project and help us move forward with our exciting new plans! 
This funding, taken from the proceeds of crime by West Yorkshire Police, will directly support those who need it most — and we are deeply grateful to be one of the recipients.
It was a fantastic honour to be recognised, and we can’t wait to put this support into action.
